Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer from self-employed individual Anvarli Anvar Aligeydarovich (Tax ID: 614677509890), referred to as the "Provider," addressed to any individual (the "Customer") for the provision of services.

In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, acceptance of the offer (payment for services) constitutes conclusion of an agreement on the stated terms.

2. Subject and Services

The Provider grants access to the paid services of www.taroruna.com:

• Extended tarot readings (paid access)
• Numerology readings (paid access)

Other features of the Site may be provided free of charge unless otherwise indicated in the interface.

3. Payment and Subscription

Fees are charged for the paid services of the Site (extended tarot readings, numerology readings). Prices are listed on the Site in rubles, including taxes. Payment is made by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, MIR) via YooKassa.

Access is granted immediately after payment, as either a one-time reading or a subscription. A subscription remains active for the paid period and renews automatically until cancelled by the User.

The charge for the next period is processed automatically until the subscription is cancelled. The User may cancel the subscription independently through the Site interface; cancellation stops further charges, while access is retained until the end of the paid period.

The Provider reserves the right to change prices without affecting periods already paid for.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

• Technical inability to provide services due to the Provider's fault
• Withdrawal within 14 days, provided the services were not used

Refund requests should be sent to support@taroruna.com. Refunds are issued by the same payment method within 10 business days.

If the account is deleted at the User's initiative, access to the services ends immediately. If an active subscription is in effect at the time of deletion, funds for the unused (remaining) period are not refunded, and automatic renewal is cancelled.

5. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for the Customer's decisions, indirect losses, service interruptions, or the actions of third parties.

The nature of the services, disclaimer of warranties, and limitations of liability are governed by the Terms of Use posted on the Site. The Customer confirms having reviewed that document.

The Provider's total liability for any claims by the Customer is limited to the amount of the Customer's most recent payment for the Site's services, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. The response time for a claim is 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes are settled in court at the Provider's location.

6. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations under this Offer if caused by force majeure circumstances that the parties could not foresee or prevent.
